GOVERNMENT HOUSE PRESS STATEMENT
Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has felicitated the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council, University of Uyo, Dr. Muiz Banire, SAN, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
Governor Radda described Dr. Banire as a trusted ally, a loyal friend and a professional of high repute whose contributions to law, governance and national development have been outstanding.
The Governor noted that Dr. Banire has distinguished himself as a principled lawyer, a committed public servant and an astute administrator whose integrity and intellect continue to inspire many.
He said the appointment of Dr. Banire as Pro-Chancellor of the University of Uyo is a testament to his capacity, experience and unwavering commitment to educational advancement in Nigeria.
Governor Radda, on behalf of the Government and people of Katsina State, prayed for Almighty Allah to grant Dr. Banire good health, wisdom and many more years of impactful service to the nation.
