Katsina Pilgrims Receive Sallah Gift , Hadaya Support from State Government

The Katsina State Government has distributed 300 Saudi Riyals each to all its 2,047 pilgrims currently performing the 2025 Hajj as a Sallah gift to ease their religious obligations.

In addition to the monetary gift, the government has also paid 600 Riyals for the Hadaya (sacrificial animal) on behalf of each pilgrim from the state.

Deputy Governor Malam Faruk Lawal Jobe, who is also the Amirul Hajj for the 2025 pilgrimage, made the announcement during an inspection visit to the Katsina State pilgrims’ tents in Arafat.
