REJOINDER
FACELESS NUHU: LEGAL ACTION AWAITS THOSE WHO PEDDLED HIS FALSEHOOD AGAINST DUJIMAN KATSINA
The attention of the Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Interior and the First Dujiman Katsina, Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmed has been drawn to a misleading, fictitious, falsified and maliciously sponsored advertorial published in Daily Trust (Monday, 23rd June, 2025) by an innominate or faceless person.
Tittled “A Resolute Call to Action Against Document Falsification”, the media outlet scanned and pasted a presumed signature of one “Nuhu Muhammad Aliyu” who claimed that the member representing Musawa/Matazu Federal Constituency “falsified his educational documents”.
In the spurious advertorial, the self-acclaimed APC member and unidentified individual, called on the national leadership of the ruling party and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to “investigate the documents” submitted by Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmed during the 2023 election.
To set the records straight, Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmed, an accomplished political and economic scientist was born in 1975 in Musawa Local Government Area of the state. He attended the Yero Primary School in Musawa town from 1980 to 1987, and Government Secondary School Musawa from 1987 to 1989.
He proceeded to Government Science Technical College, Mashi, but he was later transferred to Government Science and Technical College, Funtua, where he stayed from 1989 to 1992 and obtained his Senior School Leaving Certificate.
From 1992 to 1993, Ahmed was in the defunct National Guard at the Nigerian Army Depot for training. Afterwards, the combatant trained Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmad was posted to Sani Abacha Barracks in Abuja, the nation's capital city.
After the disbandment of the National Guard and subsequent convertion of the guards into the Nigerian Army by the Federal Government in 1993, Ahmad willingly resigned from the service and went back to school in 1994. He studied at Federal Science College, Sokoto, from 1994 to 1996.
He proceeded to Isa Kaita College of Education, Dutsinma, in 1996 till 1997 for the IJMB course. He later enrolled for remedial studies at Bayero University Kano (BUK), from 1997 to 1998. Thereafter, he got admission into the same BUK to study B.Sc Political/Economic Science and graduated in 2003.
Therefore, call by the faceless Nuhu Muhammad Aliyu for APC and INEC to investigate the educational documents of Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmed who has all his hard-earned educational certificates intact or unflawed is not only mischievous but inessential or pointless.
This unfounded call which has been disseminated by failed propagandists who can no longer find peace of mind due to the great acceptance, massive support, and daily soul-winning of Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmed ahead of the 2027, is baseless and should be disregarded by the public as the imagination of the writers.
Although the First Dujiman Katsina is not afraid of any investigation considering the genuineness of his educational qualifications and believe for rule of law, it's pertinent to note however that the falsehood levelled against him in the advertorial and those who peddled it on their social media outlets will face legal action soon.
Currently, Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmed's team of reputable Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN) are thoroughly scrutinising all the misleading, fallacious and unfounded statements and malicious audios published or aired by both the mainstream and social media outlets against him for IMMEDIATE LEGAL ACTION.
Even though some of these money-seeking and FACEBOOK-BASED social media platforms have pulled down their publications against Hon. Abdullahi Aliyu Ahmed, their actions have been duly documented and the GRAVITY OF THEIR OFFENCE will not allow them to go SCOT-FREE.
