General Horta N'tam has been sworn in as new Transitional Head of state of Guinea Bissau.
The military authorities that toppled the administration of Umarou Sissoco Embalo, sworn in the General amidst fear and tension.
The new Military Leader was sworn in at the military headquarters of the country.
Already, ECOWAS has condemned the military intervention, and called for immediate release of the removed President.
It could be recalled that, heavy gun fire was heard at the capital city of Guinea Bissau, after which the president was detained.
This is coming few weeks when the then President Umarou Embalo was announced winner of an election in which opposition were said to be barred from participating.
