Dikko Project Movement Begins Grassroots Mobilisation in Katsina
The Dikko Project Movement has announced plans to embark on statewide grassroots mobilisation to educate residents of Katsina State on the policies and programmes of the Governor, Mallam Dikko Umaru Radda, as well as those of Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Chairman of the movement, Dr. Musa Yusuf Gafai, made this known in an interview shortly after the formal endorsement of Governor Radda and President Tinubu for second terms, held at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium, Katsina.
According to Dr. Gafai, the movement has a great deal to share with the people of Katsina State regarding what he described as the “giant strides” recorded by Governor Radda’s administration across key sectors of the state’s economy.
He reaffirmed the movement’s confidence in the victory of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming general elections, attributing this optimism to the visible level of development achieved by the administration in less than three years.
Dr. Gafai therefore urged the people of Katsina State to undertake an objective assessment of the APC-led administration, noting that such an evaluation would further guarantee its acceptance for a second term.
