Radda Joins North-West Governors at APC Zonal Congress in Kaduna

Dikko Umaru Radda, Governor of Katsina State and Chairman of the North-West Governors’ Forum, on Wednesday joined fellow governors at the All Progressives Congress (APC) North-West Zonal Congress hosted by Uba Sani in Kaduna.

The congress, held at the Umaru Musa Yar’adua Hall, brought together key APC stakeholders from across the North-West to deliberate on party affairs and reinforce internal cohesion ahead of upcoming political activities.

Major highlights included the election of members into the APC North-West Zonal Executive Committee and the swearing-in of newly elected officials, marking a step toward strengthening the party’s regional leadership structure.

The event featured a keynote address by Governor Uba Sani, as well as an acceptance speech by the newly elected Zonal Chairman, alongside remarks from other party leaders.

Governors from Kano State, Jigawa State, Zamfara State, Sokoto State, and Kebbi State were in attendance.

Also present were the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajuddeen Abbas; Deputy Senate President, Barau I. Jibrin; and the Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Ibrahim Kabir Masari.

Former governors, ministers from the region, deputy governors, and members of the business community also attended the congress.
