Armed bandits have invaded Jikamshi town and terrorized travelers and local people.
Reports say, the attackers launched their activities today around 5:00 o'clock in the evening.
As of the time of compiling this report, it was gathered that seven people lost their lives while many others sustained various degrees of injuries from gunshots.
Some survivors of the attack reveled that the attack got ugly as the situation occured while people are moving to and from Jikamshi market.
In the meantime, some angry youths have barricaded the Funtua-Yashe Road to demonstrate their anger over the incident.
