Governor Dikko Umaru Radda has approved the appointment of four new Permanent Secretaries into the Katsina State Civil Service as part of efforts to strengthen public administration in the state.
The appointments were announced in a statement issued on Thursday by the Head of the Katsina State Civil Service, Malam Falalu Bawale.
The newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are Hussaini Hamisu from Baure Local Government Area, Abdu Usman from Danmusa, Dr. Sani Suleiman from Funtua, and Dr. Shamsudeen Yahaya from Kankiya Local Government Area.
According to the Head of Civil Service, the appointments were made based on the confidence that the new officials possess the integrity, competence and dedication required to effectively discharge their responsibilities and contribute to the growth of the state civil service.
Bawale expressed confidence that the appointees would serve faithfully and diligently in the interest of the state, urging them to uphold professionalism and commitment in the discharge of their duties.
He congratulated the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries and wished them success as well as Allah's guidance in the performance of their official responsibilities.
