Abuja, 11th February 2025 – The Chairman of the National Population Commission (NPC), Hon. Nasir Isa Kwarra, FNSA, today received a delegation from the Nigeria Customs Technical and Hangar Services Ltd (NCT&HSL) at the Commission’s headquarters in Abuja. The delegation was led by the company’s Managing Director, Capt. K. W. Mbaya.
The meeting focused on a potential partnership between NCT&HSL and NPC to provide aviation services for transporting personnel, as well as sensitive and valuable materials, during the upcoming Population and Housing Census.
NCT&HSL, a limited liability company jointly owned by the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) and the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI), specializes in aviation logistics and technical services.
Present at the meeting were the NPC’s Director-General, Dr. Osifo Tellson Ojogun, alongside several directors and technical staff of the Commission.
