The National Coordinator and CEO of AUDA-NEPAD Nigeria, Hon. Jabiru Salisu Abdullahi, has called for greater support for women and girls, emphasizing that no investment in their advancement is excessive given their vital role in society.
Speaking on International Women’s Day 2025, themed “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment,” he stressed the need for intentional efforts to achieve gender balance, noting that women thrive and drive progress when given the right opportunities.
Hon. Abdullahi highlighted AUDA-NEPAD Nigeria’s commitment to inclusivity, with women leading key management roles and contributing significantly to the agency’s success. He congratulated women worldwide, urging them to continue shaping national and global development.
