The Executive Director (Corporate Services), NDIC, Mrs Emily Osuji was invited as Special Guest at the Women in Management and Leadership (WIMLEAD) Conference by the Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered (NIM), with the theme: RedefiningLeadership, Growth and Balance for Women in a Changing World. She attended the event alongside some female staff of the Corporation.
Mr Osuji, who is also a board member of the NIM, in her goodwill message called on women to take charge of their leadership journey. She emphasized that dedication, knowledge, and resilinece are key attributes to unlocking their full potentials. She underscored the commitment of NDIC to supporting women empowerment toward breaking barriers and shattering glass ceilings.
