The committee overseeing the ongoing teachers’ recruitment exercise in Katsina State has announced the release of the list of shortlisted candidates who successfully passed the Computer-Based Test (CBT).
In a statement issued by the committee’s secretary, Dr. Isah Idris Zakari, applicants for teaching positions in primary and secondary schools across the state were advised to visit the official recruitment portal to check their status and download their interview slips.
The statement said candidates could access the portal through: katsinasemis.com/nterview
According to the committee, the interview slip contains details of the interview date, venue and time assigned to each candidate.
Candidates were directed to present the slip at their respective interview centres.
The committee also instructed applicants to appear for the interview with original copies of their academic and professional certificates, as well as valid means of identification.
The statement added that the exercise forms part of efforts by the state government to strengthen the education sector through the recruitment of qualified teachers.
